In a spontaneous moment. Dood , Mike and Play HD discuss current conspiracies ..
Celebrity deaths, Illuminati, Obama etc. all the things they do not have enough time to really get into on the air. Fast paced and all over because of the excitement about the topic they crammed many things into 25 minutes. Rest assured all of them will be revisited in detail on future episodes .
This is the live Keoki interview with Dood and a short studio mix of his most recent tracks. Finally re-edited and re-posted !
It was great to finally meet The Legend himself, Superstar Dj Keoki, especially after years of Groovin' to his music.!
I had heard so many wild stories about his antics on and off the stage,I half expected a complete wild man to walk into the studio for the interview. Much to my surprise I found Keoki to be very laid back, humble, polite and with a complete absence of RockStar attitude.
We chatted about his music, friends, adventures on the road and his epic career as one of the most well know Dj's on the planet. I wish we had recorded some of his more colorful stories and exploits that he had shared during the breaks. Like his trip to Moscow, I nearly wet myself laughing.
However, I must admit it was really cool to hear stories about insane adventures on the road, that no one would believe, unless they know him. Hunter S. Thompson would be proud.
Keoki not content with resting on his laurels is still creating new music and living life to it's fullest. He lives for the music, the fans, people dancing their asses off and rocking packed dance floors around the globe.
Considering my self fortunate to meet one of House Music's most prolific Dj's and music producers, Cevin Fisher, I was quite pleased that he was so accessible, ego free, grounded and relaxed.
It was a privilege and a pleasure to interview Cevin. After talking to him it was obvious how he creates so many memorable tracks. It is because he truly loves and lives what he does. He is a permanent state of creative flow. After all the most memorable and moving creations always come from the heart.
Listening to his classic house tracks sweeps me up in a wave of euphoric nostalgia for those halcyon days while his latest releases instantly bring a smile to my face and make me want to dance all night.
The tracks I am referring to...
"Lost In Music ",”I Love The Music “,”Down In My Soul”,””Put Your Body Into It”,“The Way We Used to”,“The Freaks Come Out,” “House is a Feeling,” “You Got Me Burning Up,” “Love You Some More” and on and on…
From Cevin's Bio.
There are very few people whose name is synonymous with the term “house anthem” …but all these tracks were created by one man… Cevin Fisher.
Cevin continues to blaze a trail with a steady flow of productions, collaborations and amazing DJ sets.
Hey ZentripZterz !!
Last night I had an interview with Mr. C The High Priest of Rhythmic Noise and I must say it was the was the best interview I have ever had. Not because I am a pro.
It was one of those rare Nexus points where synchronous flow takes over. I departed from everything I had prepared and let the universe take over with Mr. C at the helm.
He is definitely one of the warmest and most accommodating souls I have had the chance to encounter in my journeys. I found him to be inspiring, his vibe pure and everything came from the heart. The energy during the interview was so uplifting that Tony Puccio is still high from it.
It is rare to find an artist that loves what he does so much that is also so spiritually attuned. He is living. breathing, moving meditation .. a true artist and purely creative entity and when he decides to do something he will Move any Mountain !!
I must say I loved his commentary on Deadmou5e !! .. you have to hear it for yourself.
We covered a lot of ground. Starting with his last job, his first recording as Myster-e in 87, The Shamen, the Psychophant Slags as well as his most recent productions. We also talked about his blossoming acting career, Buddha, Krishna, Pyramids, Indigo Children, Terrance McKenna and the Mayan calendar. I would tell you more but I don't want to spoil it.
This was followed up by an incredible set at the Hyde Park Cafe with Brian Busto and Selekta Chang opening up for him.. The crowd couldn't get enough.. he even dropped a track after the house lights came up..
Suffice it to say I can not wait to share the interview with you on ZentripZ !!! It was entertaining, informative and enlightening.
Mr. C has been kind enough to share a few unreleased tracks for it..
He dropped them at HPC ..Dark, Sexy, Deep, Nasty Beats !! FUCK !!! They gave me chills and the crowd screamed in delight dancing like they were celebrating a Dionysian Festival !!!
It was amazing every time he spun one of his tracks everyone on the dance floor turned toward him and called his name ..
Nothing like an Eargasm from real Aural Ecstasy !!
A High Priest of Rhythmic Noise indeed !!
